Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edu Salgado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Diego Furlan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Simão Terra skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, RWD Molenbeek's Simão Terra threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from João Carlos Rocha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 16th minute Edu Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cacá Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 21 minutes, Reginaldo Paraense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capinas AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Paraense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francisco Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Diego Furlan lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Simão Terra. Simão Terra made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Edmundo Pires sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute, João Carlos Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Capinas AD's goal looked a bit too open when João Carlos Rocha came free, but Simão Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomé Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Capinas AD's Vivaldo Carioca broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Capinas AD's zone, Diego Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simão Terra came out of the goal and Diego Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Tarcisio De Paul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 55 played minutes Capinas AD got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Paraense. Edmundo Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Terra having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edu Salgado in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cacá Munhoz saved RWD Molenbeek from getting behind. In the 69th minute Francisco Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Terra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Guga Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. RWD Molenbeek's Cacá Munhoz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save RWD Molenbeek from getting a goal against them. Guga Amaral received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cacá Munhoz came out and tried to block the shot, but Guga Amaral slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 89th minute. After 92 played minutes Capinas AD got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Paraense. There was no doubt that RWD Molenbeek were the better team. RWD Molenbeek's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
