Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Guimarães having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 53rd minute of play forced 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. After 57 played minutes, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Cléberson Santana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 卡納里尼奧 FC reached it. 卡納里尼奧 FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Edmundo Espiga scored to the left of an out of position João Vítor Guimarães, making the score, 1-1. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 卡納里尼奧 FC made a substitution. Armandinho Pombal replaced Régis Vides. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. After 70 minutes, Eliseu Alagoano made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had been going on for 80 minutes, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of João Vítor Guimarães. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 84th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Luca Espinar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Alagoano came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
