Victoriano Iraunkor scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute Godfredo Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Pitman FC defense, Santino Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Lorien. The Pitman FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Lorien should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Victoriano Iraunkor took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Pedro Manzanares to make any attempt to save it. Pitman FC's Marcos Lorien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 33rd minute of play. Marcos Lorien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Axel Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Johan Telkamp hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 45th minute of play forced Pitman FC's goalkeeper Marcos Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santino Seco struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Marcos Lorien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia.

Godfredo Elazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pitman FC had won after a very even match.
