Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marco Day, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marcos Lorien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 11th minute of play. Albano Timo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Lorien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Monty Rogers struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Marcos Lorien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Lorien. Marcos Lorien dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Iraunkor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Albano Timo sent off a good shot on target. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Timo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Albano Timo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 48 minutes into the game, Pitman FC's Victoriano Iraunkor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victoriano Iraunkor made a kick off. Pitman FC's Marcos Lorien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 79th minute of play. Marcos Lorien was a little too slow when Khalid Parry got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 90th minute, USA's Marco Baker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. After 98 minutes Pitman FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jenson Smith who took care of the corner kick. Khalid Parry was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pitman FC throughout the match.
