Rafael Fix made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute, Facundo Cadaval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Cornelio Cesaro got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafael Fix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Cesaro in the 24th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Rafael Fix made a huge save. Dimitris Maropoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Alex Palleschi got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 42 minutes, Alberto Tafalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the Pan Queso y Leberbush FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. In the 49th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Pan Queso y Leberbush FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Dimitris Maropoulos hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. Lorenzo Cazalla was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mexico! Dante Lacasa had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Alex Palleschi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Rafael Fix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 59th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Maropoulos in the 61st minute of play. Rafael Fix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Rafael Fix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Fix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The Mexico supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Pan Queso y Leberbush FC.
