Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ward Doran took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute, Ward Doran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Hills fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Jerold Brownell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Jerold Brownell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geoffrey Vasquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th match minute, Golden Hills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orville Hough to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Moises Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Östlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Golden Hills booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Villa's late challenge caught a Golden Hills's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Villa helped the player get up and apologised. Sebastian Villa hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The supporters of Golden Hills booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Golden Hills's Ryan Bellamy got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geoffrey Vasquez in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Golden Hills booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoffrey Vasquez in the 62nd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orville Hough kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geoffrey Vasquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Valentín Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geoffrey Vasquez in the 76th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Valentín Carvallo. Jerold Brownell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ward Doran came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Golden Hills's Ward Doran ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Egil Östlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes Golden Hills got a freekick which was hit by Santo Sparks. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Egil Östlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Golden Hills walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
