Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mateo Mergildo started the match with the kick off. Atletico Lula's Lukáč Jančich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 6th minute of play. Axel Tasiss short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Lukáč Jančich to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Bar Scully stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Bar Scully tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Bar Scully came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Puig struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Lukáč Jančich didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. When Axel Tasis, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 34 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Lukáč Jančich was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Bar Scully sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Atletico Lula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bar Scully didn't get a good kick on the ball.

52 minutes into the game, Axel Tasis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lukáč Jančich was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 56 minutes into the game, Atletico Lula's Bar Scully nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 62nd match minute, Atletico Lula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Žigmund Kaminský to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Eliseo Noboa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Costa Rica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute Bar Scully shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Richard Petreje, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mateo Mergildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
