Lucrețiu Ghimiș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Jose Sanz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Sanz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucrețiu Ghimiș kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Nores. That made the score 0-7 in the 53 minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Lucrețiu Ghimiș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Vărzaru in the 59th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Irinel Tatomir might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Irinel Tatomir ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 67th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. Paraguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Lucrețiu Ghimiș scored to the left of an out of position Jacobo Nores, making the score, 0-9. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Irinel Tatomir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Irinel Tatomir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Irinel Tatomir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Nores. That made the score 0-10 in the 81 minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Ivan Prats in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Eugen Mihălțan. Jacobo Nores was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucrețiu Ghimiș showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 88 minute of play. In the 91st minute, Basarab Vărzaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Irinel Tatomir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacobo Nores. That made the score 0-12 after 95 minutes of play.
