Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Federico Canzano kicked off to start the match. Flavio Gargano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Bruno Beldad kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Amos Iovine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 14th match minute, Teddy Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Gargano to maneuver through the defense. Amos Iovine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Teddy Team getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Felice Centofanti hit a great ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Escribano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Teddy Team's Amos Iovine. Amos Iovine was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Federico Canzano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teddy Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Canzano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Pocobello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Gargano came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Kevin Carballal got a free kick in the 44th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Iovine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Uruguay were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Uruguay got a corner. Teddy Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Cazalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Iovine having to interfere. Teddy Team's Amos Iovine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Uruguay were awarded a corner. Jaime Cazalla went to the cornerflag to take it. Bruno Pocobello scored 1-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Pocobello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Teddy Team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Teddy Team:s Amos Iovine showed great skill when he stopped Jaime Cazalla:s penalty. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Canzano in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Uruguay's Francisco Seco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amos Iovine. Amos Iovine yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Teddy Team's Fedele Alessandrini was substituted for Emanuele Festuccia. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Amos Iovine in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amos Iovine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amos Iovine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 86th minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Escribano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute Diego Marinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Canzano in the 93rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Diego Marinelli came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Teddy Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Marinelli couldn't finish the play. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Uruguay players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
