In the 10th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 唐剑振 was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 唐剑振 saved 泾县Red-Star FC from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Honduras's Moises Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 唐剑振 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 唐剑振 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 唐延斐 kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 唐剑振 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 29th minute of the match. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 泾县Red-Star FC's goalie prevented a goal. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 35th minute. The corner led Honduras's Edmundo Espiga to fire away a dangerous shot which 唐剑振 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ivan Navarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 唐剑振 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, 泾县Red-Star FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but 唐剑振 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Honduras were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 袁朗辉 made a kick off. 范康烽 hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, 傅卫笑 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 唐剑振 saved 泾县Red-Star FC from getting behind. 袁朗辉 kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Esteban Carvallo got a free kick in the 75th minute. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 袁朗辉 in the 84th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by 泾县Red-Star FC's 袁朗辉. But to his dismay, 袁朗辉 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, 泾县Red-Star FC's 唐剑振 got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. 泾县Red-Star FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Honduras had controlled the match.
