Ekber Merdan struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Huns. After 14 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Carballar. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Ţîrlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Andre Huyterhoeven tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pascual Carballar scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vintilă Murgu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekber Merdan in the 28th minute of play. If Andre Huyterhoeven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the game, Andre Huyterhoeven cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. George Ghionea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Ţîrlea in the 42nd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The Huns's Ronan McCunn was substituted for Ekber Merdan. The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ronan McCunn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronan McCunn in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antonio Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After 63 minutes, Daniel Ţîrlea made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 70th minute of play forced The Huns's goalkeeper Vintilă Murgu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vintilă Murgu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 70th minute of the match. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by The Huns's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Mastache was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. 75 minutes into the match, The Huns's goalkeeper Vintilă Murgu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abram Secada. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Ţîrlea in the 82nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andre Huyterhoeven who took care of the corner kick. The Huns's Andre Huyterhoeven was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Manzanares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in The Huns's zone, Abram Secada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vintilă Murgu came out of the goal and Abram Secada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the game, Abram Secada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Vintilă Murgu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Despite being the better team, The Huns failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
