The Agamy Będzin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcin Kordalewski should have stopped the shot. When Uruguay's Francisco Seco, in the 13th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Francisco Seco sped through Agamy Będzin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcin Kordalewski. Franciszek Narbut charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Agamy Będzin's Marcin Kordalewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Agamy Będzin from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the match, Agamy Będzin's goalkeeper Marcin Kordalewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waclaw Jaroszewicz in the 80th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Marcin Kordalewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcin Kordalewski having to interfere. Uruguay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
