After having played for 6 minutes, Valts Nebars managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DZINTARS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valts Nebars was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Bryant Solis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bryant Solis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Ģirts Ozols had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bryant Solis in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ģirts Ozols in the 15th minute of play. Kārlis Dzintars took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The DZINTARS fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when DZINTARS's Bryant Solis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Saulvedis Salaszemnieks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Bryant Solis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Bryant Solis put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardo Zorita. If Ģirts Ozols had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmunds Tambergs hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the game, Bryant Solis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Bryant Solis managed to get in a good position for a shot. DZINTARS's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryant Solis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Bryant Solis came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ģirts Ozols, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half DZINTARS were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moises Fernandino was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, DZINTARS's Ricardo Zorita threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kārlis Dzintars, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. DZINTARS made a substitution. Henrihs Linkūns replaced Kārlis Dzintars. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by DZINTARS's Henrihs Linkūns. But to his dismay, Henrihs Linkūns quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. DZINTARS's Ģirts Ozols got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Marco Tamayo got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ģirts Ozols. Valts Nebars sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryant Solis in the 74th minute of the match. After 74 played minutes DZINTARS got a freekick which was hit by Henrihs Linkūns. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryant Solis, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Egons Ozollapa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as DZINTARS's Henrihs Linkūns slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 0-11 after 81 minutes of play. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryant Solis, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. DZINTARS were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after El Salvador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Egons Ozollapa took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of El Salvador's goalie and right to Ingvars Tresters. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. El Salvador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Abram Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Henrihs Linkūns dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ricardo Zorita, 0-12. DZINTARS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
