An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 25th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nektarios Varveris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Nektarios Varveris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 94th minute of the match. Lucrețiu Ghimiș scored 0-7 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
