Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Retumbante FC's Luiz Fernando Mota got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Apat Reina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Apat Reina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Retumbante FC's Apat Reina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 8th minute of play. Kauã Mandrak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute of play forced Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Retumbante FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Agustín Saelices to fire away a dangerous shot which Apat Reina despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Kauã Mandrak tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Retumbante FC defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apat Reina. The Retumbante FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apat Reina should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apat Reina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apat Reina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Paulo Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Cristian Sancho sped through Retumbante FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Apat Reina. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apat Reina having to interfere. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

52 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Apat Reina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Retumbante FC's Apat Reina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Retumbante FC from getting a goal against them. Apat Reina made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Retumbante FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Daniel Zorita in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Apat Reina, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Retumbante FC's Naldo Sabóia got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Apat Reina successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 76 minutes Retumbante FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apat Reina having to make a save. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Retumbante FC throughout the match.
