Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 7th minute of play forced NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Viktor Häll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristoffer Ek hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Viktor Häll made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. NovaStella FK's Viktor Häll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Viktor Häll was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Viktor Häll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 33rd minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Viktor Häll. NovaStella FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. 37 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of NovaStella FK's Viktor Häll. Viktor Häll was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 39 minutes, Inocencio Lorien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NovaStella FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Lorien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inocencio Lorien could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. The supporters of Chile booed when NovaStella FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sivert Borre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Garrido hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Inocencio Lorien tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Viktor Häll made a huge save. Orlando Casaus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Lorien in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Inocencio Lorien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Lorien scored 2-5 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 played minutes NovaStella FK got a freekick which was hit by Allan Beckeman. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Lorien in the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Inocencio Lorien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa scored 2-6 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viktor Häll, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, NovaStella FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Viktor Häll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, NovaStella FK's Viktor Häll got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viktor Häll narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Orlando Casaus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Casaus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Häll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Tamayo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, NovaStella FK's Allan Beckeman got a free kick in the 96th minute.
