Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Douglas de Souza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Douglas de Souza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 7 minutes, Ruy da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Floresta Club U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruy da Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Léo de Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Gilmar Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 19th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas de Souza in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilmar Castro in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Douglas de Souza went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas de Souza in the 26th minute of play. Eliézer Correia's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliézer Correia helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Floresta Club U18 got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer Correia. In the 28thth minute of the game Gilmar Castro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Douglas de Souza to make the kick off. Douglas de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Léo de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Léo de Brito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denílson Negri to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Maia in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Floresta Club U18 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
