Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Pucará's Pepe Sand started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 11th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lautaro Morales was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Morales was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pucará's Lautaro Morales proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Pucará from getting a goal against them. Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 33rd minute of play forced Pucará's goalkeeper Lautaro Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Morales was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Lautaro Morales made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Dario Artizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Belmonte in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Morales made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Lautaro Morales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pucará made a substitution. Benedicto Caitano replaced Bernabe Olivar. Tomás Belmonte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Daniel Zorita scored 4-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Morales, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Lautaro Morales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Timoteo Martxot hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Franco Orozco was extremely unlucky when he, in the 81st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Lautaro Morales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 85th minute of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Lautaro Morales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
