Roger Silva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aaron Alcocer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play. Roger Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. Roger Silva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Tasis went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Agro Imortal's Roger Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Puig in the 64th minute of play. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Agro Imortal's Delfim Neiva. Agro Imortal's Delfim Neiva managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Efrain Moruga in the 71 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Lautaro Puig in the 76th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Agro Imortal's Vitório Marques. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 80th minute of play forced Agro Imortal's goalkeeper Roger Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Agro Imortal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernani Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Costa Rica players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
