Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Inocencio Lorien got the match started through his kick off. In the 10th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Häll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Sivert Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. NovaStella FK's Viktor Häll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play. Inocencio Lorien kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Lorien. Inocencio Lorien's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, NovaStella FK's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Viktor Häll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Viktor Häll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, NovaStella FK's Marcu Pantelimon got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Viktor Häll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Viktor Häll, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcu Pantelimon made in the 36th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kristoffer Ek immediately put the ball in play. Viktor Häll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Inocencio Lorien was slow to take the kick. During this time NovaStella FK's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 74 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Lorien in the 83rd minute of play. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Viktor Häll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador.
