Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Lara in the 13th minute of the match. Diego Bradley got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Monty Rogers. Borys Gruchacz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 17th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Borys Gruchacz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sam Campbell in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Borys Gruchacz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Maurício Donatello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Diego Bradley hit a great ball. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. In the 79th minute, Maurício Donatello reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marco Day. The goal made the score 1-1. Alesandro Coutinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Sam Campbell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Borys Gruchacz. Joinville United - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Campbell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 89th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zach Harrison to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Campbell came free, but Borys Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Gruchacz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that USA were the better team. USA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
