Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Linares in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robinho Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Zorita getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 12th minute of play forced DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goalkeeper Robinho Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Dracena in the 14th minute of the match. DJVAGALUMY FC.'s Robinho Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 18th minute of play. Mexico's Luca Zorita quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Stig-Åke Molander, made in the 20th minute of the game. Robinho Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 21st minute of play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. DJVAGALUMY FC.'s Robinho Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Luca Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robinho Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 38th minute of play forced DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goalkeeper Robinho Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mexico booed when DJVAGALUMY FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robinho Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Robinho Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimir do Vale in the 45th minute. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Vladimir do Vale sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 46 minutes, Vladimir do Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DJVAGALUMY FC.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimir do Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

DJVAGALUMY FC.'s Benjamin Kvammen was substituted for Daniel Linares. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamin Kvammen to make the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match DJVAGALUMY FC. got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aílton de Lima ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Aílton de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, DJVAGALUMY FC.'s goalkeeper Robinho Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 60th minute, Lautaro Mancebo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Kvammen in the 68th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Kvammen in the 69th minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Benjamin Kvammen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute Benjamin Kvammen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Kvammen went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruan Dal Bello in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Kvammen in the 82nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robinho Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 84th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Facundo Cadaval got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. DJVAGALUMY FC. made a substitution. Yuri Amorim replaced Téo Furtado. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Amorim in the 90th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Robinho Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Mexico's Joel Gaona ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robinho Amorim. Robinho Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The Mexico supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mexico would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
