In the 43rd minute ConChanfle FC were awarded a corner. Silverio Rubalcava went to the cornerflag to take it. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 68 minutes of play, ConChanfle FC's Vicemte Ocejo made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute of the match ConChanfle FC got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Quico Rovira ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ConChanfle FC's Quico Rovira to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Vicemte Ocejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the game, ConChanfle FC's Vicemte Ocejo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Pascual Carballar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iago Ozuna having to interfere. Garaile Ortega got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kenan İlcan. In the 87th minute, Vicemte Ocejo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ConChanfle FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Quico Rovira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quico Rovira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
