With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Arnaldo Basajaun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 17th minute, Arnaldo Basajaun reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Thiago Pliego. The goal made the score 1-0. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalie prevented a goal. Mariusz Komornicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 30th minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Mariusz Komornicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariusz Komornicki. Mariusz Komornicki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mariusz Komornicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Garrido during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Garrido to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 49thth minute, when CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Arnaldo Basajaun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Arnaldo Basajaun made the kick off in the second half. Mariusz Komornicki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Vivaldo de Toledo was substituted for Arnaldo Basajaun. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Henrique Meireles was substituted for Winnie Winger. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Mo Le Liang managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mariano Lacasa in the 79 minute of the game. 80 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Vivaldo de Toledo came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivaldo de Toledo in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo de Toledo in the 90th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Vivaldo de Toledo came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariusz Komornicki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
