After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Charro Revuelta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Charro Revuelta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Spartak de Txurdi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mariano Lacasa 8 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Eulalio Majua was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Orlando Casaus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. Nickolas Horemans hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Orlando Casaus might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eulalio Majua. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orlando Casaus ran back to his position shaking his head. 23 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eulalio Majua narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pang Chuan in the 25th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eulalio Majua didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Spartak de Txurdi booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Garrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doğan Ferikoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. Eulalio Majua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 55th minute of play. Eulalio Majua didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Eulalio Majua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Spartak de Txurdi's Eulalio Majua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 69th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Spartak de Txurdi's Pang Chuan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. After 79 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eulalio Majua was left in no man's land by his defense there! Spartak de Txurdi made a substitution. Regis Jaen replaced Nickolas Horemans. 82 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pang Chuan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pang Chuan got free with Thiago Pliego in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eulalio Majua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 86th minute of play. Charro Revuelta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Spartak de Txurdi's Doğan Ferikoğlu got a free kick in the 89th minute. Pedro Indiano hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Pang Chuan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 95 minutes, Raymond Kalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spartak de Txurdi and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. Spartak de Txurdi's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
