Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Otsando Llantaron made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. Baltasar Miro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. After having played for 8 minutes, Otsando Llantaron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EAU FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otsando Llantaron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luca Espinar charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luca Espinar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Honduras's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Celedonio Paio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 17 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Theobald made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 24 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Theobald was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, EAU FC's Digo Simão got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Celedonio Paio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EAU FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Humberto Theobald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Celedonio Paio in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Paio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. It was a well-played corner which Gaspar Ostargi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 59th minute of the game Gaspar Ostargi made a throw-in which Ricardo Senio played forward. Baltasar Miro hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. EAU FC's Celedonio Paio got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Ciro Erasto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 70 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Moises Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Paio in the 78th minute of the match. After 81st play minutes Edmundo Espiga shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Humberto Theobald and just under the crossbar into goal. EAU FC's Celedonio Paio got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Honduras's Moises Tafalla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Humberto Theobald. That made the score 1-4 after 86 minutes of play. With his leg Humberto Theobald managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the last second Humberto Theobald throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edmundo Espiga in the 92ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Honduras eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
