Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Otsando Llantaron took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Honduras booed when EAU FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Digo Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Theobald breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EAU FC's Humberto Theobald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Honduras booed when EAU FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Digo Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Digo Simão hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Honduras's Moises Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Esteban Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otsando Llantaron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otsando Llantaron was extremely unlucky when he, in the 25th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. EAU FC's Celedonio Paio got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Theobald prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Baltasar Miro fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EAU FC's protests and gave Baltasar Miro a yellow card for diving instead. Baltasar Miro hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Celedonio Paio fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Lautaro Navarro. 39 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltasar Miro. 42 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Otsando Llantaron came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, EAU FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Humberto Theobald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes EAU FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Miro. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. After the first half Honduras were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Theobald prevented the ball from getting in the gole. EAU FC's Otsando Llantaron got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71 minutes of play EAU FC's Baltasar Miro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After some careless play in the EAU FC defense, Sebastian Villa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Theobald. The EAU FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Theobald should have stopped the shot. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Erasto in the 77th minute of play. After 78 played minutes EAU FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Ostargi. In the 82nd minute Moises Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Theobald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Honduras had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
