Qjos MiLLano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Qjos MiLLano's Dário Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Tafalla in the 10th minute of play. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dário Neiva having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Villa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dário Neiva was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Erik Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Qjos MiLLano booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 minutes Qjos MiLLano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. After 29 minutes, Emanuel Ocampo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Qjos MiLLano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ştefan Bobeica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Qjos MiLLano's supporters rose to their feet, but Ştefan Bobeica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honduras's Luca Espinar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Erik Vale, made in the 39th minute of the game. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dário Neiva having to interfere. Moises Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Ştefan Bobeica tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. Erik Vale made in the 51st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ştefan Bobeica. The throw-in from Erik Vale in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Ştefan Bobeica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. A collision led to Qjos MiLLano getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Osman Ali Fidan hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Luca Espinar fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Luca Espinar a yellow card for diving instead. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dário Neiva. Dário Neiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Erik Vale made in the 80th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Dário Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 84 minutes, Felipe van Basten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Qjos MiLLano and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th minute, Felipe van Basten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Qjos MiLLano's Erik Vale broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Honduras supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Honduras would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
