In the 19thth minute of the game Atacan Rahim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Panama booed when Elite™- FC Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maël Zapata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nikos Kladogennis struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elite™- FC Galácticos. After 30 minutes of play, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Atacan Rahim made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atacan Rahim took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Atacan Rahim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Cotilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Panama's Jose Carita got a free kick in the 45th minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atacan Rahim in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 96th minute, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Zachary Kosmatka dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5.
