After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emilio Bibiano quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Marino in the 28th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisito Marino in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Afonso Esparteiro charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonso Esparteiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Afonso Esparteiro hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sabalero getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ermegildo Cibran hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisito Marino in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 67 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Marino came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Bibiano having to interfere. Adam Hızlı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, Rômulo Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Sabalero made a substitution. Basilio Eneko replaced Luisito Marino. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rômulo Guerra in the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sabalero's goalkeeper Emilio Bibiano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Rômulo Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Emilio Bibiano made a huge save. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Sabalero were the better team. Sabalero's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
