Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. Sportivo Chupeño's Aytek Subahi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Chupeño from getting a goal against them. In the 7th minute Juan Antonio Pizzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aytek Subahi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sportivo Chupeño's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Aytek Subahi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Aytek Subahi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 11th minute. In the 15th minute, Eduard De Fretes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sportivo Chupeño's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Luca Rouco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sportivo Chupeño's Aytek Subahi did a great save. In the 21st minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 minutes Sportivo Chupeño's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Lautaro Mancebo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sportivo Chupeño's Aytek Subahi did a great save. Aytek Subahi made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Facundo Cadaval sent off a good shot on target. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Sportivo Chupeño's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Aytek Subahi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard De Fretes in the 38th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aytek Subahi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sportivo Chupeño getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Juan Antonio Pizzi hit a great ball. In the 47th play minute Felix Luque came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aytek Subahi. 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tino Abeijon was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Chupeño's Aytek Subahi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Sportivo Chupeño's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Aytek Subahi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Aytek Subahi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 63rd minute of play forced Sportivo Chupeño's goalkeeper Aytek Subahi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francis Stuart. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard De Fretes in the 75th minute of the match. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sportivo Chupeño made a substitution. Hipolito Abad replaced Tino Abeijon. Sportivo Chupeño's Aytek Subahi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Sportivo Chupeño's Juan Antonio Pizzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sportivo Chupeño walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
