Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Kristóf Földes made the kick off and thus started the match. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristóf Földes, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The throw-in from Emmanuel Reyes in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dogelo's Lico Catarinense. Justino Dabi made in the 14th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jardel Tande however managed to control. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kristóf Földes in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Peru were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Dogelo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Manúel Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manúel Bento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 29th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Dogelo got a freekick which was hit by Kristóf Földes. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Frank Catarinense sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Dogelo's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Manúel Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Dogelo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dogelo's Manúel Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Manúel Bento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 52nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Peru's Manúel Bento threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Murillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 58 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Tande came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristóf Földes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. In the 66th minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manúel Bento saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Manúel Bento made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dogelo's goalie prevented a goal. In the last second Manúel Bento throw himself and got hold of the ball when Julian Murillo in the 73rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Eliseo Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Dogelo's goalkeeper Manúel Bento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Sebastián Verón kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match.
