Paata Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 13th minute of the match. Enzo Palos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Uribelarrea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Palos to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Leobardo came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Luca Espinar got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Fernando Leobardo spun around in front of the goal 25 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Honduras's goal. In the 27th minute, Valentín Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uribelarrea's Paata Fillol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 29th minute of play. Paata Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 32nd minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Leobardo in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Fernando Leobardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Uribelarrea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Adrio to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 45 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernando Leobardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Robustiano Gabrio kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Donato Jorrin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uribelarrea's Paata Fillol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 57th minute of play. Honduras's Christian Sancho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Horacio Santiago in the 62 minute of the game. In the 63rd minute of the game Horacio Santiago made a throw-in which Lucas Beltxe played forward. Uribelarrea's Paata Fillol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Espinar in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Uribelarrea's Fernando Leobardo got a free kick in the 68th minute. Lucas Beltxe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 70th playminute. The supporters of Uribelarrea booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Uribelarrea's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paata Fillol came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Honduras booed when Uribelarrea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paata Fillol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Uribelarrea's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
