Howard Archambault made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Kiran Tomasini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Julian Murillo sped through THE ROKERY PIMKIS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kiran Tomasini. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Kiran Tomasini despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 60 played minutes THE ROKERY PIMKIS got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Finotti. Kiran Tomasini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 61st minute of the match. After 94 played minutes THE ROKERY PIMKIS got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Finotti. When Eliseo Mina came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Mina couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Peru had won after a very even match.
