Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) In the 5th minute, Australian Youth Academy's Gabriel Martini ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Garth Brough who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Rufus Roach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Australian Youth Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Rufus Roach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Garth Brough in the 14th minute of the match. Garth Brough might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Garth Brough ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute, Garth Brough got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Australian Youth Academy's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Garth Brough managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Australian Youth Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Garth Brough was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Keylor Navas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Garth Brough recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. Garth Brough showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garth Brough, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the game Jorge Sainz made a throw-in which Camilo Franco played forward. Garth Brough blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garth Brough, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Garth Brough might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Garth Brough ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Garth Brough came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Garth Brough notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Garth Brough might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
