SK8 4 lif3's János Gerencsér played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 9th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Trezeguet got free with Dante Lacasa in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jesus Mattson hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Gerencsér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as SK8 4 lif3's Jesus Mattson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. Benny Aubé kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. SK8 4 lif3's János Gerencsér played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but János Gerencsér was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by SK8 4 lif3's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. János Gerencsér came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. János Gerencsér took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. János Gerencsér was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Joel Gaona capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joel Gaona really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. János Gerencsér showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Luca Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Mexico booed when SK8 4 lif3 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Lassiter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but János Gerencsér showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jesus Mattson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Norbert in the 93rd minute of the match. The supporters of SK8 4 lif3 booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Rouco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mexico played a much better game than SK8 4 lif3 and deserved their victory. The SK8 4 lif3 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
