Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute A.J. 赵云 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, A.J. 赵云 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Tomas Illescas sped through 【AC】★御剑堂★耒阳飞易★『湘☆军』【20周年】's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of 潘飞常. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 肖卫骋 in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Lluterio in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Tomas Illescas fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Tomas Illescas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35thth minute of the game A.J. 赵云 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
