Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Omar Txaran fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trinidad 4.7's protests and gave Omar Txaran a yellow card for diving instead. Omar Txaran hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Trinidad 4.7's Omar Txaran in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. After 9 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elias Gomez who took care of the corner kick. Olof Derksen struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trinidad 4.7. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Heli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play forced Trinidad 4.7's goalkeeper Danilo Heli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Heli having to interfere. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Danilo Heli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. When Daniel Zorita, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 34 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Danilo Heli was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Olof Derksen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. In the 46th match minute, Trinidad 4.7 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Gurutz to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Derksen in the 52nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Agustín Saelices hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Heli having to interfere. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ion Varga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Heli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Trinidad 4.7 made a substitution. Leo Ochoa replaced Alejo Gurutz. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Elias Gomez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trinidad 4.7's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Gomez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Trinidad 4.7's Omar Txaran got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 85 played minutes Trinidad 4.7 got a freekick which was hit by Omar Txaran. Danilo Heli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Trinidad 4.7 throughout the match.
