After some careless play in the USA defense, Luke Van de kauter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. After the first half Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cassius Byrne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb got a freekick which was hit by Daníel Passarelli. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Hao Jian Yuan was substituted for Eustaquio Dabi. Although USA had been in control for most of the match, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb still came away with the win.
