Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Encarale a la gordita's Laerte Messias managed to reach the ball for a save. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laerte Messias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, Encarale a la gordita's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Laerte Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Encarale a la gordita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Argoitz to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Laerte Messias. Encarale a la gordita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play forced Encarale a la gordita's goalkeeper Laerte Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laerte Messias came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Agustín Saelices. But to his dismay, Agustín Saelices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laerte Messias saved Encarale a la gordita from getting behind. In the 38th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laerte Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Laerte Messias quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Laerte Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 43rd minute of the match. Laerte Messias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacobo Dodorol to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Jacobo Dodorol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laerte Messias having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Orlanda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Encarale a la gordita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Encarale a la gordita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Orlanda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Laerte Messias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Narciso Argoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laerte Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Encarale a la gordita's Laerte Messias got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Laerte Messias. The goal made the score 0-3. Laerte Messias was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-4. 80 minutes into the match, Encarale a la gordita's goalkeeper Laerte Messias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. After 83 played minutes Encarale a la gordita got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Edwardo. 89 minutes into the match, Encarale a la gordita's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montes came free, but Laerte Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Encarale a la gordita's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 95 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Laerte Messias. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Ecuador played a much better game than Encarale a la gordita and deserved their victory. The Encarale a la gordita players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
