Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nando Pereira in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Nando Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nando Pereira went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 13 minutes into the game, Penuel Football Club's Nando Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 16th minute, El Salvador's Abram Luque dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Nando Pereira took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Nando Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. The supporters of Penuel Football Club booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Tamayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Rubio made in the 31st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mateo Leguizamo immediately put the ball in play. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Pereira in the 34th minute of play. Pastor Gilesindo made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by El Salvador's Luis Rubio. 44 minutes into the game, Pastor Gilesindo threw the ball into play from the sideline. El Salvador's Luis Rubio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Pereira in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Luis Rubio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Penuel Football Club the free kick. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Luis Rubio hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Nando Pereira had several of the El Salvador's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 59 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Ricardo Zorita as he didn't even see the shot coming. Marco Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Penuel Football Club made a substitution. Mitxaut Resco replaced Ludwig Bergqvist. Penuel Football Club's Chen Shi Ran was substituted for Nando Pereira. After 68 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. The crowd rose to their feet as Penuel Football Club's Chen Shi Ran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 1-6 after 68 minutes of play. 75 minutes into the match, Penuel Football Club's Chen Shi Ran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Zorita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ricardo Zorita made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chen Shi Ran in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the game, Chen Shi Ran recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ricardo Zorita. Chen Shi Ran showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. When the final whistle sounded Penuel Football Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Salvador.
