Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Dimitar Kalev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Venezuela booed when CAYASTA II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Ilazki didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Arne Sepik took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. It was Ulf Krumlinde who took care of the corner kick. The corner led CAYASTA II's Ulf Krumlinde to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dimitar Kalev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 54th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Dimitar Kalev managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dimitar Kalev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CAYASTA II's Dimitar Kalev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 68th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Patricio Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dimitar Kalev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Sepik came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Stenhaug hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Mincho got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Vasile Dragomir. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Dimitar Kalev made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Dimitar Kalev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. CAYASTA II were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
