Diego Alves made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Diego Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Saraiva in the 44th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cássio Segundo in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cássio Segundo in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Red Chicken Football's Diego Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 53rd minute of play. Red Chicken Football were furious when Alfredo Dante was red carded, 56 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Red Chicken Football fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Venezuela a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tomas Illescas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Red Chicken Football's Diego Alves. 1-3. Cris Fenomeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Tiro Torto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiro Torto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The supporters of Red Chicken Football booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cássio Segundo during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Red Chicken Football:s Diego Alves showed great skill when he stopped Tomas Illescas:s penalty. In the 81st minute, Cris Fenomeno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Chicken Football fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. The supporters of Red Chicken Football booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Red Chicken Football's Kidlat Bengali. But to his dismay, Kidlat Bengali quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Didi Saraiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere.
