Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain. But to his dismay, Lázaro Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Honduras booed when GARIBALDI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darío Eagles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Jacinto made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ambrosio Colas. 20 minutes into the match, Lázaro Ekain notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Darío Eagles charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Darío Eagles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to GARIBALDI FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Darío Eagles hit a great ball. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Eduard Hourani managed to get in a good position for a shot. GARIBALDI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduard Hourani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. GARIBALDI FC's Mile Letina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Valentín Carvallo, made in the 39th minute of the game. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lázaro Ekain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honduras's Luca Espinar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Jacinto in the 46 minute of the game. After the first half GARIBALDI FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Mile Letina in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. A collision led to GARIBALDI FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Genaro Constancio hit a great ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rene Llorian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduard Hourani. Eduard Hourani charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduard Hourani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eduard Hourani hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 70 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Valentín Carvallo. Lázaro Ekain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Eduard Hourani who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 77 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Colas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Christian Sancho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. GARIBALDI FC made a substitution. Dedê Koehler replaced Hugo Jacinto. In the 85th minute of the game Dedê Koehler made a throw-in which Ambrosio Colas played forward. Lázaro Ekain was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. GARIBALDI FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lázaro Ekain scored 2-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle went the supporters of GARIBALDI FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Honduras side.
