Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Felipe Bermúdez made the kick off which started today's match. Daniele Paolini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Kenneth McIldowie hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Viviano in the 10th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Joaquin Viviano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ewan Pollard was slow to take the kick. During this time Rzepiko Wrocław's players had a chance to rest. Rzepiko Wrocław's Daniele Paolini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of play. Daniele Paolini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Daniele Paolini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Gareth McGilvray fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rzepiko Wrocław's protests and gave Gareth McGilvray a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, Rzepiko Wrocław was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gareth McGilvray to maneuver through the defense. Rzepiko Wrocław's Daniele Paolini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Rzepiko Wrocław getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gareth McGilvray hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of play forced Rzepiko Wrocław's goalkeeper Daniele Paolini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Rzepiko Wrocław's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. After having played for 41 minutes, Felipe Bermúdez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rzepiko Wrocław's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Bermúdez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniele Paolini having to make a save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Rzepiko Wrocław booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. In the 63rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Bermúdez in the 66th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Diego Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Daniele Paolini however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Daniele Paolini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diego Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Daniele Paolini made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Felipe Bermúdez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rzepiko Wrocław's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Bermúdez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Gareth McGilvray was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. Gareth McGilvray kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Bermúdez came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Rzepiko Wrocław fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
