Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisão Linares in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 11 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Berbiz Ortiz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gualter Pitta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Pereiras FC's Téo Silva got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Téo Silva. That made the score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter Pitta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gualter Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustín Saelices hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Téo Silva was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 2-1. With a little luck, Pereiras FC's Téo Silva got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes Pereiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksi Puhakainen. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualter Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Téo Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 57th minute of the match. Téo Silva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Pitta in the 67th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pereiras FC made a substitution. Daniel Maia replaced Gualter Pitta. Pereiras FC's Téo Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 81st minute of play. Téo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 88th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
