Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 3rd minute of play forced Juventus EC's goalkeeper Bilbo Arzube to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bilbo Arzube saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bilbo Arzube made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute Walmyr Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Juventus EC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Monty Rogers fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilson Leite in the 24th minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilson Leite in the 27th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match Juventus EC got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomm Thys ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of USA's goalie and right to Fran Yeste. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. USA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 35th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bilbo Arzube saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Nilson Leite came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cassius Byrne in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Gervaso to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nilson Leite got free with Marco Day in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Nilson Leite sent off a good shot on target. USA were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Juventus EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. In the 69th minute Rosendo Gervaso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Perezs short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Marco Day to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Juventus EC fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Juventus EC's Leopoldo Perez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. After a rather tough play, USA's Koby Fletcher got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 92nd minute, Khalid Parry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bilbo Arzube was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Gervaso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jenson Smith to maneuver through the defense. After 97 minutes of play, USA's Sam Campbell made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bilbo Arzube was left in no man's land by his defense there!
