Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmyr Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Walmyr Loyola came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 14th minute of play forced Juventus EC's goalkeeper Bilbo Arzube to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gu Xiao Hai hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Bilbo Arzube acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 28th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Axel Montenegro. 31 minutes into the match, Juventus EC's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Bilbo Arzube reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Walmyr Loyola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Juventus EC's Nilson Leite was substituted for Luís Ramalho. Juventus EC's Rosendo Gervaso was substituted for Walmyr Loyola. The wind increased when Rosendo Gervaso made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bilbo Arzube. The crowd rose to their feet as Juventus EC's Fran Yeste slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-3 after 61 minutes of play. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juventus EC's Bilbo Arzube played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 64th minute of play. Bilbo Arzube took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bilbo Arzube made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Abram Secada might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bilbo Arzube. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abram Secada ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Secada in the 75th minute of play forced Juventus EC's goalkeeper Bilbo Arzube to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fran Yeste showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 77 minute of play. In the 81st minute, Fran Yeste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Juventus EC's goalkeeper Bilbo Arzube, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abram Secada took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bilbo Arzube. Bilbo Arzube dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Secada in the 86th minute of play forced Juventus EC's goalkeeper Bilbo Arzube to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Pascual Carballar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Juventus EC's Bilbo Arzube did a great save. When Colombia's Ignacio Mastache in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juventus EC's goalie prevented a goal. After 91 played minutes Juventus EC got a freekick which was hit by Elo Altoft. 94 minutes into the match, Rosendo Gervaso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rosendo Gervaso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-5. Kevin Mastache might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bilbo Arzube. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kevin Mastache ran back to his position shaking his head. The Juventus EC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Juventus EC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
