Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 罗树夕 made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cafu Barral immediately put the ball in play. 47 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edinho Neto narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Batho Canelas made in the 53rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cafu Barral immediately put the ball in play. Edinho Neto made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Rafael Gallo sent off a good shot on target. After 96 minutes of play, Peru's Rafael Gallo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edinho Neto was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Gremengo FCCMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
