In the 8th minute, Godfredo Elazar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Timo came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Albano Timo in the 11th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Marcos Lorien in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Timo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Albano Timo succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Marcos Lorien in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pitman FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Marcos Lorien stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Victoriano Iraunkor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Victoriano Iraunkor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 46 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victoriano Iraunkor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Albano Timo sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Timo in the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Timo. Sebastean Gentiletti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Dante Lacasa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Pitman FC's Nike Panther got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 78th minute, Pitman FC's Sebastean Gentiletti ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Marcos Lorien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The supporters of Pitman FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tanek Nowacki came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Pitman FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanek Nowacki couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Pitman FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Rouco didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Pitman FC's Albano Timo in action when he in the 95th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance!
